Drunk Kitty

Wine is a wonderful occasional pleasure that I like to share with friends and the few family members who don't believe I am going to hell for drinking it. I am partial to red wines - especially a good Cabernet Sauvignon. This past Thursday night William, Amanda, Aprile and I shared in a bottle of said Cabernet Sauvignon. It was quite enjoyable - it was Woodridge bottle which is a Robert Mondavi winery.

William's cats seemed to try and take any opportunity to share the wine with us. They were constantly trying to drink from our wine glasses - especially Ando. Ando was quite the alcoholic little kitty. I have never seen a cat obsess over wine before. After Ando had given up on the wine, he went over to the couch and got comfortable by laying on his back. He was so comfortable in fact that he kind of looked drunk. William took the nearly-empty wine bottle and placed it on Ando. When Ando caught the scent of the wine that had dribbled down the bottle, he took a little lick. Then he took another. Then he started licking the bottle obsessively to get every morsel of wine he could lick. It was quite hilarious and William got a great shot of him (as seen below).
