Confetti Bigger 'an Yer Head!

So we were filming for the Fall Retreat the other day and MAP and Erin were in my truck as we headed to different filming locations. MAP and Erin were "skipping" school with an excused note just so that we could get these shots, so MAP had her backpack in the back of my truck.

I was on New Circle Rd just cruising along when I looked out my rear view mirror and saw the guy behind me riding my tail like a donkey, so I drive on a little and look back again to see if old-dude has backed off or not, but just as I looked back, my rear-view mirror was flooded with a view of an explosion of white paper. It was like huge confetti on New Years going 50MPH and the guy who was once riding my tail was freaking out as he dodged the helpless sheets of paper with his huge, gas-guzzling, Escalade.

I was like, "Oh no, Marry Audrey! Your backpack exploded!!" So I carefully slow down and pull over the side of the road. As cars go flying by, the defiled school papers are thrown around like... paper... caught in the wind... :( Anyway, come to find out, Erin had ingeniously placed her folder in the bed of my pickup completely exposed to the elements without my knowledge. So after we look and find no paper that could be retrieved safely, Erin looks through the lucky papers that were still in her folder for homework and such... and everything of importance is there!

So after all that, I was about to take Erin to school when she noticed one thing that was missing - her late note - which was in her folder.
