There are no West Coast Swingers in Michigan

It's sad but true, there are no West Coast Swing dancers in Michigan, or at least not in Grand Rapids. I have gone to several dance venues and have yet to meet more than two or three young people. I even got Rickrolled at one event. The widows/widowers were having a blast just East Coasting away to such a ridiculous song. The whole time and am unable to shake the thought of someone playing a sick joke on me. But every event I have gone to has been pretty lame, and hardly any good West Coast Swing songs. So I am making a journey today to Detroit to go to West Coast Wednesday. It looks promising and apparently there are about 80 or 90 people who go to this event. We'll see.
